Great small hike for kids! It is not shown on the pictures, but the entire route has a 'witch' theme. Throughout this loop hike there are small witches, witchcraft items and even a witch games hut. It is very nicely organised and rather eventful for the little hikers. There were a few sitting areas on this path.
Starting with a road, the path quickly turns left into the fields following little stream. Once the route enters the forest, the path gets quite steep at parts and there is a number of steps. The whole walk successfully connects with the 'witch' and 'magic' theme. When exiting the forest at the top, we took the road back down, enjoying the views at distant mountains. Our son was about 1 years old when we did this trail, so he didn't enjoy this route's full benefits. I really look forward to going back here when he is older!
We walked this route in January, but the winter was very easy-going that year and the pathway was rather easy. It may be useful to double check, if this path is suitable and prepared when there is more snow.
